If you mean will it require an IVA then Yes.What would the iva position on this be and how easy woukd it be to make compliant?
It would also be a Q plate when completed.
You will also have to work quite hard to eliminate sharp edges as I suspect there will be many. Just because it looks like a production car will not help it.
Also look closely at the lighting regs as it will require side repeaters, rear fog, reverse light all of which would not have been on the original car.
