Why all the silence Clive or are you making progress that you will share with us later. I am most curious about this project the car looks great and I am sure looking at the Philosophy of this car it should be faster than the Ultima.

Clive congratulations with the Good news But I understand that most of this year no progress expected Hope that you still get to spend a few days of your holliday in the workshop if the Missus permits

Thanks bud The thought of selling a few cars and maybe giving up the day job was always the plan but the realist in me has always said that I'm not going to get myself into debt to try that. Another reason for the better job means I can pay off a few thing and have enough money to buy all the right parts for the car and get all the tooling done. I have even thought recently that it might not be a bad idea to get the final tooling done by a Pro and pay for molds that can produce a Gelcoat Finish. The options are better with some more cash in the bank... We will see

Well done on the new job. You can use this extra money to fit a V10 engine.

While your relatively close by you should nip in for a day and see the moulds and parts :-)

the LED tech is moving quite fast, its hard to keep up. one of the guys at work got one of these the other day http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/CREE-XML-XM-L-T6-1800-L...awesome amount of light for the size and weight of the set up. Can only imagine where its going. Given that major manufacturers are probably on about a 5 year development cycle it will still be around 3 years before LED tech hits production cars. HID will be old news. Ryan
