I wouldn't quite agree that the Libra is "ugly"! Maybe only 90% pretty, but definately not ugly! In contrast, a TVR S3 does in fact look like my mother-in-law! And she aint pretty..... Beauty is obviously in the eye of the beholder. I could reel off about 40 ugly kit cars, but the Libra will not be one of them. It has not dated at all to my mind and is a credit to Richard Oaks.
I agree about the TVR but at least i can accept that and not kid myself. Besides i bought it for the noise!

I like the clear panel doors with the bar through the middle (maybe its reminding me of the door bars on a Crossblade biggrin ).

That was exactly the idea, a door bar to protect from side intrusions, and clear polycarbonate glass, for more visibility......smile

I've not really seen any previous threads on this, so I have to ask...What are you doing with these drawings?

These were just my alternative design proposals, to what eventually got published on CKC....smile

It would be nice to have something similar on the road, if its on a Libra chassis is fine, if otherwise it's fine too.

I can see different mid-engine chassis for those sketches..........are you interested ?

Thanks, but no smile

Please dont think I'm knocking what you're doing, you've obviously spent a lot of time and effort on trying to develop an image from an existing chassis design. I'm just more curious as to why and what you're looking to get from them other than an image

I might have missed something along the way, so feel free to point me in the right direction. I dont read CKC as much as I used to, spending most of my free time fixing project/toys

I was asked to show some of my sketches of my gtm libra restyling proposal, and thought about posting some of the rough sketches I worked on.........nothing more than that really ......smile
