Parking lot attendant. Me?

They wouldn't leave me in charge of the dodgems at the fairground.

Me neither.

I must admit, I could very well be tempted to get a private plate for my kit (when I eventually get it delivered and I build it).

Not for a vain pretence that I have an image to uphold, but because of the donor.

I'd probably go for a Irish type plate (3 letters, 4 numbers), just to hide the age of the donor. I'd like to think that once built people will think it is a new or newish car, not rebuilt scrap.

I saw a few amusing private plates at the Donington show..... "V8 YOB" was superb!

...BTW does anyone know if "92 BJH" really was a Jaguar SS100?

I know what you mean, it would also get rid of the Q plate...

Apart from the fact that you can't put a private plate on a Q AFAIK.

Apparently DVLA are releasing Q plates so you can 'personalise' your kit with an alternative q plate!

At Donington I saw a Westfield XTR2 with the registration of X2XTR, almost right! The Wes7y one looks ood though, other than that I don't really see the point.

I've got C27 GTR to go on the Phantom and I'm afraid it will be one with an "annoying" black screw between the 2 and 7! Only cost me £250 tho.

Now the SVA has changed slightly I should be able to get a "53" plate and so may wait a year to personalise it.

Have you asked Den for the blokes number yet Flintsone?

Mate,

Even if I could afford it I'd be too bloody embarrassed to be seen driving it.

And anyway, on a 'K' reg Banham?
