I noticed that too..... after reading the article in WK about the V2 that has been seriously "ICE'd", I went to have a peek on the Fiero Factory site...... no sign of it.

Not a jot!

Just tried calling the number on their website to be told it's changed to 01527 577001. Called that and got through to an answerphone.

I'll try again later and report back.

Incidentally, the code 01527 is still up near Brum, but is classified as Worcester / Redditch area.

Just spoken to them.

Try www.fierofactory.org/newsite/
Edited to say that actually having had a look, I wouldn't bother. It seems to be pretty comprehensively broken.

Hi Nick, how's the Phantom coming along?

As for the Fiero Factory, they've moved to Redditch.

John,
I’m in a really difficult position in respect to commenting on matters to do with this supplier. If it’s all the same to you, I’d rather let the others on this forum guide you.
Sorry!

Den.

Hmmm, ever fancied a job in the diplomatic corps Den???

I have often wondered about this company, some of their stuff looks really good, but something tells me to be careful, I can't put my finger on it???

Hi Graham, good progress at last, the trimmer came out last week to check that the panel gaps on the inside were correct (bit of a perfectionist) ans I have to re-do the "A" posts to pass muster!

Should be trimmed by Christmas and then just needs a couple of electrical mods and it should start (fingers crossed) hoping for SVA in Early Jan.

One advantage in the delay in parts has been to allow me to have the latest Duratec interior which is far nicer than the original, the guy who is trimming it out has done mainly Bentley's and custom Limo's so it should live up to the Exterior styling.

Hope to attend a few shows and Pistonfest next year, hope to see you around then?

Nick, I for one look forward to seeing your Phantom.

I think everyone will agree, it does look phenominal in the pictures.

I recon it could be worth travelling all the way to Stafford just to have a look.

Ditto.

There have been several debates on the Cobra forum involving Fiero's Euro 427 replica, that have become rather heated.

Take a peek and see what I mean....

This is just one of them....

It should also be at the Royal Cornwall Show next year as we always go (bit nearer for you).
Remember if you ever need parts taking down to Cornwall we go at least once a month during the summer.

Best of luck with the 5exi.

Yes I will be at Stoneleigh as it is only 40 miles or so, there should be four Phantoms there if everything goes according to plan, one on the stand and three in the car park. We should be able to get together quite a PH meet!

I don't think I could wait that long to see it!!

Anyway if all goes to plan, I could have a 5Exi ready by Stoneleigh 'n' I'll be looking for an excuse to take a drive . . . . .

(BTW where is Stoneleigh?)

Hmmm, yes, I see what you mean, thanks for that

To be fair, there were a couple of reasonably satisfied customers, but most seemed to be rather irate, so I think it would be a case of look before you leap

btw: Den, what is your opinion of Gardner Douglas Cobra replicas?, my own feelings are they seem to be first class cars (at the top end of the market) with a man at the helm (Andy Burrows), who seems to know his onions....I met him at Stafford and he seemed very helpful.
