I crashed my car, its a right off.......

Bi22le - that is seriously sad news, but great that you and your passenger both escape any serious harm. I am about to start a thread on QR Bosses since I did a fair bit of research before buying and fitting one (which cannot come off due to its rather different design to most on the market).
Glad you're OK and insurance paid out - so you can shop around for another car - if you'd built it you'd be even more devastated (I was gutted when a Pheasant decided to smash the nose cone / headlight on my Dax Rush by committing suicide on the front of mine)....
best regards , Mark

Glad you are ok!
But please don't sell your harnesses, they probably saved your and your passenger's life.
If the car in which they have been fitted has been involved in an accident it is very likely that they are now stretch and therefore not safe any more.
It is good practise to bin them after an accident.

Lucky escape there. Glad you're ok. In one respect it's good to see how well it held up in a big crash.
Another one here who's had the wheel pop off. Mine was a similar type to yours I think. Unlike like you I was lucky as I yanked at is I set off for some reason and off it popped so was able to stop before something bad happened.
As you know now, with that design you have to really really careful that it's fully engaged.
