Does anyone know who might supply these in small quantities? I want to mount some mud flaps (chuckle) to cut down the amount of shot blast on the side of the car. M6 x 20, 8 off.

Or is there another type of S/S bonded fastener out there.

Thanks in advance
Andy

Give Dax (DJ Sports Cars) a call as they supply them with a few different body panels. I'm sure they'd sell you a few. smile

Carbon-Bits do them in small quantities and also supply the tie-wraps and adhesive or patches for fitting them here.

East Coast Fibreglass stock the common sizes in stainless steel at around £1.50 each.

They are currently relaunching their website but this is their phone number

My company manufactures similar standard-range bonding fasteners and so feel free to send enquiries direct to info@veckfasteners.com. Although we operate a minimum order quantity policy of 100 parts, our prices are extremely attractive and our massive stock holding means that the part you require may be available for immediate dispatch.

There's some here on ebay:

Might be worth asking if they have any other sizes...

I phoned bighead and they sent out some samples (type specified by me!) for free... That was a few years ago though...

Thanks for all the replies,

I've not been on for a while so I ended up at JETPRESS, they also have a Minimum Order Value. I can understand the reasoning behind it but when you only want a few its a killer. Ended up paying about £27.00 for 10 M6 x 20. Now you've shown me other options I'm getting a few more in case I loose a wing.

Cheers thumbup

Unfortunately we have to operate on a MOQ policy because, where we supply principally to manufacturers, we have to cover our costs. I realise that this tends to neglect the individual user or enthusiast but hopefully where our prices are very low (when compared to certain alternative suppliers) you should still find our products affordable (and available on a next-day delivery). For the record, 10 x M6x20's from us would cost the equivalent of £6.57 (ie. £65.69 per 100), so you could spend 2.5 x as much and in doing so get 10 x the quantity of fastener from us!
