I didn't - if its a widebody westie they have the pattern, no need to visit.
I've got a Mac Worx, and as always, for me things are never that simple, lol.

I watched the guys at Caged fit mine and was glad they were doing it and not me. It took 2 of them 1/2 a day and involved some welding (of new bosses), drilling of chassis and drilling of the cage mounts. When I arrived mine was a bare (uncoated) cage - they did a trial fit and drilled all the necessary mounting points on the cage (to fit the car exactly) and then powder coated it before final fitting.
A friend fitted his and it was a right pain, needing ratchet straps to pull it into position before bolts could be fitted. This is because the tolerances on Caterham chassis (and I guess most other kit cars) are wide enough to mean that bolt holes are never in eactly the same place.
If you can, I would get them to fit it but it depends on how confident you are.

Plenty of time for that I'm still midway through my kit build. I didn't think about the Westy bit once everyone started talking about Caged, my fault for leading you astray!
