Single Seater Road Legal
Discussion
Not for me the three wheeler's I like are the Morgan, BSA Scout, Berkeley and so on.
All of which I have owned over the years, rebuilt driven and enjoyed.
Two wheels at the front for me and reasonably safe drifting round corners.
Unless you hit a drain cover or pothole in which case AAARRRGGGHHH.
Saw this on Ebay:

The seller says its MOT'd and road legal and taxed and the reg is current.
But quite how the car has been registered I an unsure.
Surely the chassis is not original to the plate. Any ideas?

Good question.
I have five build projects on at the moment.
I am a retired Accountant so I do just what I like. With luck I should finish two Clasic Mini rebuilds, a Mini Marcos and a TJ Locost by April.
I would be very interested in your plans. I love three wheeler's had many: building another would be great.
I sill have a few clients mostly in IT or IT support which I specialised when a practicing Accountant, and a few Kit Cars or Racing cars firms, which I keep on because they will not go elsewhere.
The Engineers amongst them build racing cars for a living. Getting the chassis laser and welded would be simple for them. I would hope to fit a Harley engine or a MotoGuzzi I can source both in Brum. Or possibly BMW.
If you PM me I will discuss this directly with you.
Finally, in answer to your question, I live, breath, eat and play building, modifying, rebuilding, testing and driving Kit cars, particularly V8 specials.
My other half says I am obsessed but I still play classical Guitar and Blues Guitar and leave what I think is a balanced life.
Few others that know me agree, most of my friends regard me as nuts.
But happy.
Having lived rather too well in every way, I am fortunate to still be alive and still enjoying every minute.
