Think you might struggle at that price, even if it is a REALLY nice one. Don't think ive seen one go for >£8k think most go for around the £7k mark.

Good luck though!

Evening fuoriserie, I have seen the car in the flesh and it s a very interesting development. However I am not convinced that it will sell at that price, personally. Best of luck to the seller, but realism in the pricing may be needed.

Good morning Steffan, ...it's really a shame that the Razor, a new and modern designed threewheeler hasn't had the success it deserved....but as you say best of luck to the seller.

It does make you think though, if threewheelers need to have Retro inspired design to succeed in this niche ?...other than the Grinnal Scorpion....

Or no roof.

These machines are most often bought as back-to-basics, wind-in-the-hair weekend toys.

An essential ingredient is wind in the hair...

In which case you drive your other car.

Nobody - and I mean nobody spends a 5-figure sum on a Hayabusa engined cabin trike as their only form of transport.

I also wondered what roof clearance you would need to open the Razor, and you would have to make sure you pointed it into wind, otherwise you would take off under sail!

I certainly would not have a Hayabusa trike as my only set of wheels. However I might well have an updated Berkeley as my only form transport providing I could actually effect a decent hood on such a car. Most Berkeley hoods were very ineffective with water ingress.

I still maintain that the Berkeley design remains to this day the best road going three wheeler.

Never bettered IMO.

On a positive note I do look forward to someone actually bettering Lawrie Bond's efforts!! More than 50 years ago now!!

I guess I could work on a very rough sketch for you just for the fun of a good conversation, of what might have been if Berkeley ever continued to manufacture such a vehicle...smile

What an interesting idea.

I really like the svelte shape and flowing lines are they still being made, Stuart?

Or has reality cost/benefits doomed the idea?

You didn't see Stuart's other post, Steffan? (I guess the Mods removed it because it was advertising rolleyes)

It's an abandoned project he has in his workshop, you might be able to buy the project if you wanted to!
