I have a reprint of a road test in Classic and Sportscar magazine, April 1985 of the above car.

This is described as a V8 SE owned by Doug Manuel (TVRCC Secretary at the time) Was originally a TVR 2500 with a straight-6 in 1973, but in 1984 it emerged from five years of restoration as a V8.

Doug sold the car to some enthusiasts in Switzerland some years ago.

Although it started life as a 2500 Vixen, I believe that he obtained a genuine Tuscan V8 chassis and built the car around that.
