I have just finished rebuilding my gearbox, and ready to put it back in, and have noticed that one of my engine mountings has started to separate, so want to change them both. I will try the TVR specialists first. They look like Triumph 2000, but bigger. Just wondering are they TVR bespoke, or from another parts bin?

Just in case - the Triumph engine mounts used for Vitesse/GT6/TR6 are bigger than the 2000/2500 saloon ones - they have two mounting bolts and two holes in the companion mounting flange. They were up for supporting the 2500PI lump, which was pretty heavy, so should handle an Essex OK. A good Pic of a TR6 should show them...

I had some capri v6 (same engine) but the mounts weren't correct. In the end i used some land rover mounts.
