A couple of videos of my weekend travails. Brands GP circuit was very greasy with light rain. Starting well down after losing gear selection in qualifying

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3GQARhMfoBw

but today was sunny on the Indy circuit

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GXWfqGszpDI

Sorry it's a Marcos rather than one of my TVRs

I have put them in my agenda and looked on internet for more information like dates and storting grids.
Found out that the Gamma races are not in july, but historic Racing is on 11/12 july.
Must be possible to meet you and the others in one race or the other.

Hans

I will be doing:

Spa Summer Classic in June
Assen Gamma Race Days in July
Zandvoort Historic Grand Prix in August
Spa 6 Hours in September
Nurburgring Saisonfinale in October

Hope you can make one

New exhaust and a bit of powder coating on the racer.

1.3/4" primaries, equal length within 1/4"

Please disregard the coil location. Placed there only for engine dyno runs.

Not sure Peter, it's as it came back from the "exhaust man" if it needs to go back to bolts it will, but all the joints are slip joints so not sure it's an issue. Blue lead was a replacement for one that failed on the dyno, full new set awaits.

As I'm sure you are both aware the finish is called crinkle finish

and was popular in the 1950s.....I believe smile

Also in the 70's on my 1972 Lotus Elan Sprint and very easy diy. When swmbo is doing the shopping. Quick spray and pop it in the oven to cook and wrinkle. After you cook a nice Indian curry (hides the smell)as a surprise for swmbo. Result everyone's happycool

Helped organizing a Triumph car meeting in Holland.
Over 300 Triumphs turned up so lots to see and to meet nice people.

But the downside was that I could not see this forum participant racing in Assen.
But hope to see them in Zandvoort.

Just some pics

I will be at Assen for the Gamma Race weekend in just over 2 weeks - and at Zandvoort Historic Grand Prix in late August. With Marcos rather than TVR though

Oke, put it in my agenda.

Hope to see you and others.
Mostly I come at saturday, more relaxed in the paddock.
