Decapitated? That looks more like it's been drwn and quartered, burned at the stake, and the remaining members dismembered. Wonder what its crime was.

Best,
B.

Many thanks for the offer. Would you please include air fare in June or July time?
Got the Garage done 30X40 full of Engish motors and an Italian one at the moment.
Regards,
D.

Sounds fantastic. Got 5 cars at home, two German and two Swedish for daily use, and my TVR. TVR about to go in the (single) garage. Have plans for a five car garage, but not got them past the planning authority yet - she wants a bigger house first, as the bit we live in was previously a garage about the size of yours. Our kids and grand kids live in the proper house.....I just paid for it confused

Sorry to hear about the planning issue. I do not have that here being on a farm. I get told that I live in the Garage, so not a problem for me...just add some heating.
Best,
David.

Head of planning is 5 ft 4 and 8 stone, and says she will consider my plans in return for a cooking course at a Michelin starred restaurant for her up-coming birthday.. Yes!!!!!

Back to thread - took the car to the rolling road yesterday - 300.1 bhp (the .1 is very important) and 333 torques. Bought a set of wheel covers off Ebay, strangely from an Audi dealer 15 miles up the road, so that the next time i take my spare set of wheels and track tyres to a track day I won't mark my magnolia upholstery. Its strange, but tyre marks don't come off the faux leather TVR used, unless its just that i haven't yet found the right cleaning fluid.....

Our 1600M is exactly the same on cold startup, we're running 1300 pistons and twin 40s with no choke cable, can be interesting sometimes, biggrin.
We've got a high torque on the Taimar and it's amazing, so will probably be putting one on the 1600M at some point, we're still on the 4 speed box though, so can't help there.

We've also got stick on center caps on the fins on the 1600M, plenty to choose from on the bay.
