You made my day guys.
I see the sun shining in the near future (but not a shining 3000s) after reading your support.

The dutch basket case was incomplete so no missed opportunity. wavey
A lhd 3000 m in Belgium instead of 3000 s :roll eyes: Will bear in mind and know to find you.
The missed Ebay car to expensive after all.
And perhaps a blue one???

But what happend to the 3.250 GBP black 3000S?
The answer will be scensoredt because it doesn't help me any further.

So back to my beloved Vixen. Enough to do to keep me off the street.
Trial fitted the complete doors to make sure I can easily place them without scratching.
Have to find the right doorrubbers for it.
The painter is waiting ( but what cour to choose for?)

Hans
Its not the number you pay for it, its what it costs you that is the important number.

Strange that both sellers have avoided a bonnet up picture with the engine bay on show?

If you look at the original sales pictures there is one where the bonnet is up and you can see that the inner wings are white so a colour change at some time in its life, The fact its had a colour change is not that significant but the fact they have only done the exterior may put off certain buyers especially at that price.

[quote=prideaux]The 3000s did not sell at Mercum Auction this week high bid was $21000 so premium I guess $24000
Nice looking example though

Multiplied by 0,7 make € 14.000 or GBP 12.000
So a nice and affordable price.
Even regarding shipping costs € 1.000,-

I wil start saving this evening.(or tomorrow after the pub)

So the discussion argue about prices for TVR's can continue because nobody knows them before they are sold (or bought)
