I was really hoping to be with you all this year but I've just had knee surgery and can't drive for another week.I hope the weather stays fair and I look forward to seeing loads of photos posted here on PH.
Have fun! Andy
Tom - where are you, I have the choice of driving a 390SE up there from Reading or a Merc Viano. Have fun! Andy
If you need a bit of passenger comfort and you are near my route I could pick you up.
I have an 1800S Mk IV which is off the road.

Very kind offer Russ but I'm on crutches at moment and I don't think my knee would be up to a long trip, even as a passenger in a Merc.I'm also about 35 miles south of you but maybe we can hook up another time. Would love to see the 1800S. If you need a bit of passenger comfort and you are near my route I could pick you up.

Has it ever been on the road?
Not in the last few years Colin, I wish I knew how long I would be out of work when I was made redundant as I would have done the job then.Russ
Colin, yes I've seen it on the road, when I worked with Russ in the late eighties, it was for some time his daily driver!!! But that's a long time ago!
I have a set of 4 Appliance slot mags (very similar to Wolfrace slots) 6"x 14" 93mm backspace 4.5" pcd (ie should fit Tvr) taking up space in my garage, need some polishing although i'm sure Andrew could make them look nice!!!!!!
Can bring them to the pre 80's, if anyone's interested then please pm me.

They are putting new barriers up from M1 J28 to past Sheffied and there are average speed cameras along that whole section (50mph)
Thanks just leavingIn 30 Years and 35 to 50 thousand miles a year I have had my share of tickets but never had one on average speed cameras I wonder do they ever work.
Have a Safe journey everyone.
