I was really hoping to be with you all this year but I've just had knee surgery and can't drive for another week.I hope the weather stays fair and I look forward to seeing loads of photos posted here on PH.
Have fun! Andy
Tom - where are you, I have the choice of driving a 390SE up there from Reading or a Merc Viano.

If you need a bit of passenger comfort and you are near my route I could pick you up.

I have an 1800S Mk IV which is off the road.

Very kind offer Russ but I'm on crutches at moment and I don't think my knee would be up to a long trip, even as a passenger in a Merc.I'm also about 35 miles south of you but maybe we can hook up another time. Would love to see the 1800S.

Not in the last few years Colin, I wish I knew how long I would be out of work when I was made redundant as I would have done the job then.

Russ, to be fair, you've had plenty of opportunities to undertake the work in the last 30 years!!!

Colin, yes I've seen it on the road, when I worked with Russ in the late eighties, it was for some time his daily driver!!! But that's a long time ago!

Or Anyone suffering with OCD wink

Looking forward to Sunday a shame some cant make it that planned to do so.
Had a great day yesterday at Beaulie Auto Jumble and met some great TVR Characters
bumped into Daniel Nash which is always an experience and encouraged him to try and bring the Le Manns Grantura up to the Pre 80s one year its in pieces as the moment having the gear box sorted and a few other bits following The Classic.
Also our largest German early TVR Car collector great to meet you Klaus and maybe see you Sunday.

They are putting new barriers up from M1 J28 to past Sheffied and there are average speed cameras along that whole section (50mph)
