Can anyone recommend the correct lubricant for the above, all I can find locally is Castrol Universal 75W-90 which conforms to API GL4/5, on a classic oils site they were recommending another brand that conformed to GL4/6 for 60s Jags and Astons so I'm assuming the castrol product should be ok?

If it is an LSD there are some better oils which have less susceptibility to causing some of the lock up a std 4hu LSD can have. also if you have a non std LSD IE a Quaiff ATB etc then many can run on standard 80/90 Hypoid
rock oil does a good oil suitable for a plate type 4HU

Dear Mr Stahler why dont you ask two people who you know quite well who both run TVRs with LSDs?

Millers CRX LS either 80/90 or the new 70/140 NT is the preferred option for most of us

Good point Mr Fiscracer, assumed you would be too busy actually racing! :-)

Sorry should have added to my original question what is the oil capacity, assuming 1 litre will fill it but may be wrong?
