I had to help him push it off the road one time coming home from Oulton Park, someone had tampered with his carbs when it was on display with the bonnet open.

Very nce car!

In fact looking closer at the pictures it might have been the very day they were taken, thats Oulton Park with Bernie H in the background.

Yes it was oulton pk, thanks for the push, some kind soul had closed the mixture screws on the holley, the day got worse on the m62 the clutch cable snapped ten miles from home in traffic, Alan

Thanks for the pictures Alan, they are years apart, the alloy rad was too small changed for a much bigger one, also the header tank was changed to an upright one it runs at 85c on the move but does climb higher in traffic, regards Alan
