Can you just imagine the tt in the early 1960's who derided Mr saidel for putting one of those modern racing Climax engines where the trusty old ford E93 side valve should be ….hang on a minute scratchchin

I think not the car was designed for it and please dont compare yourself to Mr Saidel and he does deserve a Capital S in his name so i have edited your post

No dig intended what would you be willing to pay and then probably double that again its so hard to say as one has not come on the open market for a while but such a unique piece of motoring history i guess that the only way to sell properly is to market it for at least 3 months worldwide and sell at an international auction without reserve if the seller has the nerve.
That way you have exactly what its worth

Dont know about today, but in Sep 1997 it went for £5000 at H&H auction house, with what was beleived at the time to be 20000 original miles on the clock
