2505 UE was registered on 20/8/60 MG 1588 engine, last license issued to a Mr Wilson in Birmingham in 1965. It is ch/no 7/b/219 , now in the states I think.

UE is a Warwickshire registration so was probably sold by Oakes Richards Research Garage. .

I've also found another advert for a1962 MKIIA with a MG engine car with modified bodywork and wheelbase ! but Ferrari red in 1964.

Sadly no details on the dvla website under that registration either
