No chassis number at all on this car and rotten chassis between the bulkhead and doors which will require extensive repairs according to the seller. He says that he has only owned it for a month but his plans have now changed.
Quite a few other bits missing as well such as all bumpers.
Just out of interest how much would a set of good second-hand (metal bumpers) cost to buy, if of course you could find any?

They are worth to me £2.50 for each quarter bumper. Four quarters = £10.00. Double that and I will pay £20.00. Now who has a set to sell me then. A

I thought I new some bumpers for TVR on a Dutch website, but they are for the M-series>

There is no one making the early bumpers and the original Rubber M series are OS and I believe available as Fiberglass instead From Adrian the same applies to the early cars and David Gerald do them in Fiberglass which you spray silver or Body colour.
A set of Original new Rubber did come up this year and sold for £650
There is a set of new early Vixen Grantura ETC bumpers out there that may be for sale but I will let the owner pop a picture of them up here if he wants to sell them to go on the right deserving car.
