3000m drivers window winder.

Has anyone managed to strip the window winder mechanism and flip over the half moon gear drive so as to use the unused part of the toothed gear ?Any tips or advice much appreciated!

Hi Kevin if you want new halve moons I have had some made @ £7.00 each give me call if you have still got my number Graham or pm me Ii can drop them off on the way home form work . I am away in Scotland until the weekend .

Having had this issue, I drilled out the rivet[s] and turned the plate through 90 degrees before re-fixing. This was some 35 years ago however!
