Posible scam 3000m Advert Car and classic

Pretty sure the Silver LHD 3000m here http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C588873# is a scam as it was last advertised in the US for $44,000 with the same pictures and description.
Just a heads up, I could be wrong but seems very odd to me.
