3000M Essex Ignition Advance Curve

After much pondering I've purchased a 123 Tune dizzy for the M. Looked at options and decided that with my cunning plan to build a fast road engine something mappable would be a good long term investment - man maths!
Anyway - wondered if anyone had an advance curve for the standard Essex in an M?
Looking for a start point to work from. Have done a fair bit of googling but with no success.
Any suggestions for the vacuum map also appreciated.
