Just about to order my gaz gold pro's & have been looking at the various spring rates on wiki. Looking to order 375 for front & 300 for the rear. Any comments for this set up welcome.
Many Thanks

I went for 425 front and 350 rear with my Gaz Gold Pro's and am very happy with the result.

Not sure how much difference 50lbs in a spring rate would make but at 350 and 300 the car might be more likely to bottom out in a compression.

Still bottoms out at 375/450.
Wouldn't go less should they be changed again

Check out the suspension wiki.
I have 375/300 but find I need quite stiff shock settings to balance comfort/handling/ground clearance, I will probably change to 450 front and put the 375's on the back when I get round to it and run the shocks a bit softer.

450 front & 375 rear, Gaz Nickels, dampers set about middle of range work well on my S1.
Konis and original springs on my new S3c are too soft and too low for my local roads.

Whatever you decide on, a full expert geo set up makes a huge difference.
