Gents,

Been contemplating purchasing a set of Minilites for my Vixen. Can anyone advise me on the proper offset and lug spacing?

Staying with original size? Can you not take those measurements from your existing wheels?

Well, I was actually thinking about going slightly wider if possible but yes, I can certainly take the measurements next time I get up to the garage where the car is stored but was just wondering if anybody happened to know offhand as I was browsing the Minilite website and wanted to get an idea of some pricing.

A lot of folks use wheels that are the same as those for the Triumph TR6 (I do) however they require a 1/4 inch spacer in the rear.

Gotcha. I kind of figured that might be the case. What width are you running? 6" I presume?

I am not 100% sure as they were bought by the previous owner (Koning rewinds). They are running 195/60-15 tires.

Okay thanks. I've spoken to Richard who is the Minilite distributor here in the US. Turns out I knew his uncle rather well (John Targett, Targett Motorsports) who, I was informed, sadly passed on in 2014. In any case, Richard has been most helpful thus far and I'll probably order an additional set of Minilites from him for my TR6 but I think a set of the gold finished ones will look the business on the TVR!

Nice! Always liked the Rewinds. One of our 6-PACK members has them on his TR and they look fantastic.

Paint is original but badly oxidized and dull. I have been looking for something that can help it.
