Could this be done on a 3000M
Discussion
I have a NEW 3000S shell and a LHD basket case....The brake kits vented/solid 3 different versions for the different chassis set-ups. The uprights have fell backwards/forwards in that the casting should be able to take a CV type bearing before the machining to suit the current bearing. The market for M's is in recovery!...I have to say that.

The rear suspension was ... trailing arm
Wasn't that modified on the V8S?
No, the V8S was the same old S with a wider track using an extended trailing arm. The just V8 rips it's way out of the chassis!
Thanks for clearing that up.

What size you gone to, can 15" be fitted, low low profile me thinking.

Finding good tyres for 15" is a problem. 16" 205/55f and 225/55r would be better.
Anyone fitted an LS1 into an M?
I've had 15" wheels for some years now. I run 205/50/15 71/2"J front and vary between 215/225 or 235/50/15 on 8"J rear, but the body does have the SE flared arches.
Never had a problem getting tyres, in fact if anything it's getting easier and cheaper.
Whats LS1??

Niel, Bernie has sold his S also and is now a fully paid up Griff owner.
I didn't think I would see Bernie sell his soul like that. Mightily disapointed. I think he will regret at least one of his sales!! I know which car I would have kept. He must be softening up in his old age
