AArgh, dont know what to do

Bought the Tuscan last year, spent a small fortune on it (about 5.5k) new wheels, T5 box, general fettling. But I am really really hankering after a GT40 Rep.

I know, its a "kit car" but I have always fancied one.

What do you think I would ask / should get for the Tuscan? and should I be even thinking about this?

The car is an original Tuscan, not a vixen with a V6 and even appeared in Classic car magazine in October 2002 (i think, will need to check)

Will I regret this for ever?

Don't sell it!! You will regret it forever!
Once sold it will be very hard to get a Tuscan back in the future.

As I said last year I'm having a massive clearout. The Tuscan is 1971(K) with all mot's since 1974. Original factory sales invoice/build sheet. Last owner for 25 years and always mot'd. Converted to V8 in 1987. Original paint,Claret which is tired but bodywork undamaged, aweful carpet, unheated glass rear window, no sunroof, alloys including spare. Very well sorted and virtually vice free and goes like stink and sounds like a big V8 should. MOT'd and tax exempt. Probably ebay it now Neils Vixen HSCC car has finished because I dont have a clue how much its worth anymore. Your thought gentlemen and keep it clean. sTeVeR

I am also a little closer to thinking of selling mine, before I put it in the classifieds I could also do with some help as to value. I know what I paid for it and have since spent about 6k on it including brand new minilites, borg warner 5 speed box and a new stanless steel " straight through" exhaust system.

It owes me about 15-16k, but god knows what its worth?

I'd love a tuscan and I live in Bristol... If you'd like to give it away then I'd be happy to help - it wouldn't be like selling it

Hi Timmy.

Love the artwork, especially the motor racingones, do you have a gallery or anything in Bris?

Hi Owen. Thanks. I dont really have my pics in galleries much. I just sell through my website, the Goodwood events and Silverstone Classic. I live and paint on Pembroke Road in Clifton, welcome to come and have a look sometime, just give me call/email - Maybe a swap

Hi,

Will do, I have just moved into Leigh Woods and about to embark on decorating the house, one or two of your pieces would look great.
