It was a bit dog-eared in places, and the vendor claimed no chassis corrosion at all, which takes a bit of swallowing. There was no mention of a body off rebuild or any chassis work.

I think around £5k was about right, given there is a really clean looking example for £8500 in the classifieds.

I suppose if one had a spare £5K burning a hole in one's pocket it would be worth a punt. Just got mine freshly MoT'd today and it's off to Adrian@ shortly for some suspension tweaking.
