The reality of importing a car to the USA

I've been thinking heavily about a Tuscan to bring to the US (long time lurker, but its the reason I joined PH). I moved to Germany 2 years ago and will move back to the US in 2026, which would mean I could import 2001 or older. I've been watching the market for an early Tuscan to bring back, but I haven't really gotten deep into the logistics yet.

I'd love to bring a Sagaris back, but don't want to wait that long until they're eligible!

There's one for sale now, I think the usual suspect in the US
