Blancpain GT Series 2014
Discussion
Now that we're finally getting through Winter, I decided that it was about time I figured out my race calendar for the year
It turns out that the FIA GT 1 series has formally morphed into the Blancpain Sprint Series.

And woohoo, there's a UK date on there. Brands Hatch on 16th-18th May 2014. Definitely worth a visit I reckon. Anyone game?

Yup, all being well I'll be at Brands Hatch for this. GT cars on the GP circuit are always good value!
The following weekend they will be at Silverstone.
47 cars turned up for the test at Paul Ricard last week. Impressive list of tin:

My mate Ian Loggie's doing this for 2014, together with Chris Jones and Julian Westwood. Their Team Parker Audi R8 LMS Ultra (one of nine entered) was testing there yesterday but unfortunately Chris had an off and the front of the car got clobbered.
