Thunder Trophy Nominations Please

With the drivers dinner only around the corner, don't forget about the Thunder Trophy which will be awarded to the most improved driver / drivers driver of the season.

The winner will be nominated by the drivers themselves. As long as the drivers are registered in the series then they are entitled to vote (whether they have raced this season or not).

Could you please email me directly (and NOT via the yahoo group) with your nominations as soon as you can. My direct email address is NTEL (at) btinternet.com . The deserving winner will be presented with the trophy, as usual, at the Dinner Dance at the Oulton Meeting.

Basically, choose your own criteria. Just vote for the person who you think has done better than you would have expected, or has contributed most to the series, or has stood out for whatever reason and deserves special recognition........ but don't vote for yourself It doesn't matter if the nominee has won or lost.

Perry, can you get your name scratched on it, give it a polish and bring it to Oulton with you please bud and for Christ's sake DON'T FORGET IT!!!!!!!!!
