Another one of the names on the video Chris Maries , great driver and a propper racer who will be mixing it as usual, tommorow at Oulton in BARC Sports/Saloons in his E30 BMW.

What he doesn't know about racing Rover V8 Tuscan's isn't worth knowing .

I think Tuscan's suit the bigger boned gentleman.. have you seen a DTEC paddock lately ?

Not Chris's old TVR BTW, but one that will have shared many Grids with his car.

No cut out bonnets (other than PW's by the look of it). How did induction differ back then? I don't think JR's windscreen bottom induction system was around back then yet, was it?

Darren Hi

I,m a little confused here as i am watching video footage of a GT race from 2001 at silvestone which has Micheal Caine and Bobby V Roe driving a black speed 12 and another speed 12 driven by Johnathon Roland that one is white and then there is a speed six car ( cerb ?).There is onboard footage from all three cars.As far as i have been reading on other forums on here there was only ever one speed 12 racing is this a spoof video i,m watching ?Hope not as the Caine car is leading and up against a serious lister Storm and a Viper.coffee

Get it on youtoooob! Nah they made 5 engines IIRC... Not sure at which period in time but there were definitely at least 2 running at the same time if not more - just the 1 road car though
