Only have the rear view as one of my video recorders has gone put, so no front facing view unfortunately. Still it makes interesting viewing. Note the Nissan works GT4 how quick is that, I'm no slouch round combe and it was his sixth race ever. I might as well give up. The car that is seen at 14.28 is the car I had the off with......

Could you try again in an hour as you tube had it as private not public and it will take half hour or so to send to my subscribers it says. Then viewing should be public.

Didnt seem like you had anymore room on the inside there...
Unusual place for a collision.

Forward facing cam????

It was very apparent from watching the actual race that the car in front slowed dramatically and moved over just before the impact.. and as you can see from the rear facing video it was no where near the braking zone...

so it was a definite block and lift manoeuvre....

Perrys car climbed up the rear wheel of the evo and the front of the car jumped a good few feet of the ground !!! and then sledged its way off the circuit with a jamed front wheel and the front of the car sat on the remains of the splitter !!!

My forward cam needs replacing with some thing , My take was he drove into me I had no more room to move even further over unless I went on the grass that had been rained on all morning. You can clearly see from the video as I exit westway the curve after the last chicaine I move over to the far right up against the grass to effect the over take as I do that the impact comes, he was already three quarters over to the right of the track before the impact blocking me. He claims I ran in the back of him. Flat out in 5th gear concentrates the mind some what

Hi Perry - hope your car is no too bad (met you at Combe earlier in the year).

Looks like no.9 was lifting off (he was several seconds down on his last lap) - here's his video together with brake/acceleration stats - check it out at 19m 50s .....

Perry,
Looking at the video on my phone, I would say the incident was caused by buffering.
Bad luck old chap.
