Is it steel or alloy??
The main pulley / keyway etc look fine so all it really needs is Mig or Tigging to put some meat back where it has been chewed then grooves re-cut. Anyone with a lathe can repair that one.
You could also just face it all away then re-cut the grooves and loose about 5mm from the overall diameter, as longs you have enough adjustment to take up the slack or can source a slightly smaller belt.
either way it looks fairly repairable.
