The Lap record some more but failed miserably ended up getting fastest lap of race at a 1:10.02 yesterday. Car was raging again as you will see, what a car. Big shunt at 53 sec's in ,both drivers are ok. Lots of me been run into at the start which thankfully doesn't happen often. seamed like just the one yellow car playing bumper cars with every one. You Tuscan Chaps are goner like this video should get you all in the mood for Mallory.

You're always in the mood , have you tried putting bromide in your petrol .
Do you think a sub 49 lap is possible in the dry .
Been watching a few videos , is there any issues with getting right side tyres up to temp ?

Good stuff Perry , "Formule Libre" races tend to be exciting and unpredictable for the first lap or so due to the varied nature of the cars - and those Castle Combe blasts are no exception - got me in the mood anyway biggrin

BTW ..We have sheets on the bed at home that display more structural rigidity (and probably weigh more) than that bonnet hehe.

And another thing.. When are you back out racing with us bugger lugs ? Chevy Beast or OldsKool Rover -doesn't matter - would be good to see you back on our grid.

under 49 round Mallory is achievable, if its dry and the sags are there I would estimate 48's no problem, we shall see !!
anyone know if Tim is out in the sag or are they waiting till after the big race next weekend to see if Darren is coming, if the Sags aren't coming out to play I might come down in my new purchase wink

We are intending to come as it is our local and a lot of people we know want to come and see us for some reason. Hoping Darren will be there to make things interesting although by the way Tim Davis was going at Anglesey he will take some beating round the short Mallory curcuit

a sub 49 for a tuscan shouldnt be much of a problem i've done a 49.1, the year before that tims black sag was doing 48's SO i was really made up until the sags did 46's
