Well I hope you enjoy the BBC then, I doubt that most Sky subscribers will share your view, it wasn't exactly the same as last year but it was so similar that I really can't see the problem and the extra time and the extra facilities like the iPad app were well worth having. I'm not saying that it was a great leap forwards but nor was it any worse.
I'm with you here, 70% of the team carryd over from the beeb or 5 live just with simon instead of Jake and 2 added extras and out of those only georgie is really new (and pointless) i'm off tp watch the BBC highlights again to make more comparisons .

Sky coverage= Stella Artois other plastic brand name beer or some brand name crap 'Merlot', 'Chardonnay', 'Pinot Grigio' et al.......

BBC= Trappist beer and an acceptable Bordeaux.

The former is fine for the lumpen masses and good luck to them, after all I'd rather they grut around in the dirt. Connoisseurs will be looking elsewhere.
Not a band analogy But the Trappist lovers have to accept only being allowed to drink when the BBC can afford to let them....
