Hi there all, I'm planning a bit of a drive out with some good friends (all petrolheads). My folks have a place to stay in Hardelot just along the coast from Le Touquet. We're planning to head out for a weekend using the house as a base but find some good roads for a blast during the day. I was just wondering if there were any motor racing events within a 100 mile radius that might be worth tying up with whilst we're there.
Do the french have a network of circuits like ours other than the big obvious ones that run smaller race series. Would just be good to catch something a little different whilst we're out there. Dates are flexible so I'd like to try and align the two if something worthwhile is on.
Is anyone familiar with French motorsport?
Any thoughts or advice welcome. We're off to Le Mans anyway so this is just a nice little jaunt a month or so later...

The FFSA.org website will list all motorsport in France within a given date range either for the whole of France or by region. Calendrier part of the home page
eg for the first 2 weeks of July in the Normandie region, cars only
01/07 Rallye Pays du Coutancais PAYS NORMAND
01/07 Slalom de Dieppe ASA PAYS DE DIEPPE
07/07
08/07 Rallye de Basse Normandie ASA DE BASSE NORMANDIE
08/07 Fol'Car des Ducs ASA DES DUCS
14/07 Course de Côte de la Planquette ASA DE LA MANCHE

Guys thank you very much for the information. I found the Croix circuit which is really close so going to keep an eye in that for the future as could work out well. They have a karting event the weekend we're heading over so will most likely pass this time around. It's got me thinking about track days too...
