I think Lewis will crash into Jenson for no logical reason whatsoever.
The result will be:
1. Fernando 2. Mark 3. Romain

forgetting the front of the grid for a moment, I reckon Caterham will make Q2 with both cars.

I hope that it's not, but this kak weather is forecast to be with us until August. There have been major events cancelled around the country. Yes heavy rain present, but more importantly, insurance cover being revoked by underwriters due to the unstable weather.

There not going to cancel the grand prix becasue of heavy rain, look at canada last year or when they raced at donnington.

The weather forecast for the weekend is "showers". Marussia are coming with a big aero update, the first that they have designed in the wind tunnel so expect them to improve a little bit.

1. Fernando 2. Mark 3. Romain Now there's someone with a sense of humour. That made me smile. More seriously, how about a better showing by Ross Brawn's Mercedes team's two cars? Based on steadily improving showings in the past two events, I have a hunch....that's all. No known cure ... .

Still rooting for Grosjean... but the field is full of competitive cars and drivers... you can't discount Alonso at all with his level of tenacity you feel he'd drag it over the line with his teeth if it meant getting there first.
I'll keep my £20 e/w on Grosjean as he's won me a few quid so far...

Johnny Walker is playing some archive radio commentaries from past British GPs in his Radio 2 show today. So far, he's covered the closing stages of the 1970 and 71 races. He's also playing 70s "speed" themed songs.

I'll keep my £20 e/w on Grosjean as he's won me a few quid so far... He's had a bit of bad luck so far this season although to be fair, some self-inflicted. Definitely the F1 driver showing the best improved form this season. Due a change of luck for the better. He along with his team mate and the old man of the track definitely in with a chance of being the next different driver winner. I for one hope so. I had a few quid each way Grosjean last race and he looked in with a chance, certainly for a podium and possibly top spot thereon. Vettel is showing favourite at about 9-4 and 5-2. Very tempting to go against my better judgement and bet before qualifying. The improvement show by the RBs in recent races is impressive so 5-2 could be good value. If Vettel puts the car on Pole at Silverstone, he will become odds on. Button showing @ 16-1 surely due to show better than his usual Silverstone unlucky form...
