Matt Neal's dad sounds a bit of a wker, those marshals aren't paid, they're volunteers. They were right there as soon as Neal pulled up.

Agree - hopefully he'll apologies. Not the sort of comments I would think the team want to be associated with.

Farcical event though - Plato steaming ahead to ensure the final weekend 'showdown'.

Have to say after coming back to BTCC fandom 3/4 years ago, I'm losing interest again - went to several meetings last year, this year I will only be going to Brands in a fortnight and only because I got a free ticket. Its a soap not racing now.

Jump down and put yourself between a fire and a wall, or fight it from a safer place?
Nasty thing to say, marshalls give up a huge amount of free time to sit at the side of a track in all weathers, waiting to assist people.
