They have enough money and resource to let them knock chunks out of each other and race, no one is realistically going to provide a challenge for the title so why lock it down to F1 levels of control? In fact Citroen makes F1 teams look easy going.

I won't be making an effort to watch this year. Sod it, there's enough good motorsport around.
