Formula E Beijing

There seems to be a huge difference in the battery left for the drivers getting to half distance, I guess if you treat the first car a bit kinder and go a bit slower, but just enough to hang on to the front you can go longer then you could really hammer the second car without too many worries?

Are you kidding? Changing whole cars mid race because the batteries don't last?
This is racing for clowns. Where is Charlie Corone? It's a mockery of motor racing. Just make the bloody race 12 laps and run a double header FFS...
Sadly after careful analysis, my current feelings on Formula-E is that it's a complete bag of pap! This is racing for clowns. Where is Charlie Corone? It's a mockery of motor racing. Just make the bloody race 12 laps and run a double header FFS...
My initial thoughts are:
- It's a "who's who" of ex-F1 drivers and familiar surnames
- The cars sound like dentist's drills burrowing into my brain
- The crappy background music they play all over the commentary during replays is REALLY annoying and irritating.
- The cars are rather slow
- The racing itself isn't bad though
- The pit stops are a joke
The noise is sooo annoying, and I've not actually seen any decent racing yet and they look ridiculous boucing around over the bumps. Chicanes are a joke too.
