Looks like the team is slowly imploding. I expect Infiniti aren't interested in a team that spends it's time at the back of the grid, which is fair enough.
I suspect the race performance is least of infinity's problems. The whole setup smells fishy. Reminiscent of Neate...Looks like the team is slowly imploding. I expect Infiniti aren't interested in a team that spends it's time at the back of the grid, which is fair enough.
The team says that all profits go to injured service men but they will never make a penny profit so does that mean that the collection boxes at the races is to fund the team with the charity getting f**k all.

I agree there is something fishy going on.Thee must be some other reason than performance of the car why Infinity have left as they knew that the car would be at the back of the grid with the inexperience of the team and drivers they hired. When Derek Palmer Snr was interviewed at the last race he looked like someone who could not be trusted and lied live in TV.

Couldn't agree more with all of that. What a shifty fker Palmer is. Problem is that the public are very naive...The team says that all profits go to injured service men but they will never make a penny profit so does that mean that the collection boxes at the races is to fund the team with the charity getting f**k all.
Simon is quite phlegmatic about it, Mike Bushell is a rookie and was on the radio to the team at the time; it's his first season with team radio in the car which must take some getting used to, also Simon had only just started his flying lap so it all culminated very quickly.
I don't think Mike's car was anywhere near as badly damaged as Simon's was - confined to front end/sub assy apparently.
Simon's has had a complete rear end rebuild - chassis legs, arch bowls, floors, rear inner quarter structure & roof panel. The front assy is rebuilt and is ready to be fitted by Speedworks. All the metalwork was beautifully done by Willie Poole's.
