Believe what you like, world rally cross is cleaner and fairer.

The race to the first corner is bit frantic but the rest of the time they keep it clean.

You cant compare wrx to btcc that's just idiotic. Have you see any of the races this year and last year very few deliberate contacts has happened yes you have racing accidents few nudges etc which is what makes it exciting just like rx.

I'm enjoying the Laser Tools Racing / Aiden Moffat videos on PH TV:

They're all great fun and they've got a sense of humour too.

Run to the first corner aside I never think there's that much action in rally cross. They seem to gap out a lot after the first lap and or just run bumper to bumper a lot.

And that stupid joker lap thing ruins the races.

If you're near Tanner Foust and/or Scott Speed and they want your position, you're getting tagged. Others are less noteworthy but still nothing like whiter than white.

Yes I realised that after I'd posted, but he's so rarely in it I'd forgotten. I think I've only seen him in one meeting this year

Commiserations to anyone lower than 20th on the grid. Chances are you will be scudded and then offered some form of physical confrontation afterwards.

Wouldn't worry, Alex Martin has spent all season as a battering ram so no one will notice a difference.

But do we know what sort of trim they were running, were they underweight to get tongues wagging?

Tons of stats from the first half of the season - interesting that MG haven't even led a lap yet this year, work to be done there when they get to Snetterton....

I feel really sorry for him, it must have cost him an arm and a leg to get a full season together and he ended up with an utter dog of a car.
