It's a disrespect to his achievements to suggest that the whole thing is being bankrolled by his brother, if that was the case a full season in a factory team car would be pocket change for him.
This ^^

My daughter & I chatted at some length to him at Rockingham and to say he's down to earth is an understatement. The guy is the most self deprecating, knowledgeable, humble and enthusiastic gentleman one could hope to meet.
Agreed his interview at croft was such a down to earth guy just wanting to go out and race. Could the car go quicker with another driver yes but its not the point hes got the funding together himself to go out and do something he loves. He hasn't really embarrassed himself and is competing with the guys at the back who have been doing it for much longer.
I have no problems seeing him return next year.

Another pole for Jackson, but Why does he get to run with no ballast?

Because hes not in the top 10 in the drivers standing so doesn't get any ballest.

Good results for aron smith and morgan 2-3 with shedden, turks and plato behind. Will smith try and get in the way of shedden to get plato and turks through.

Jackson for race 1 win though, plato for race 2 and tordoff for race 3.

Race 1 obviously crucial in setting up the rest of the day. Palpable tension on the grid...

The annual "Laugh at Brands Hatch's attempts to recover a car from the gravel trap" event. Embarrassing to be honest.

The lack of marshalling equipment is pretty shocking here. Useless 4wd system on whatever that thing is.

Always is here. How hard would it be to get a handful of tractor units scattered around the circuit?

Fairly sedate if not dull race 1. Only surprised that Plato didn't do as suggested and back the Hondas up into BMW mayhem!

Agreed just caught up watching race 1 was just another qualifying session for race 2 plato playing tactics hold shedden up so he cant set a fast time. BMR should have swapped turks over with plato just to gain a few more points.

Something along the lines of the team deliberately giving him an inferior car which meant he had no chance of doing well.

That the team 'sabotaged the car & cheated him of the championship' basically.
Apparently the rear suspension was soft from the start and collapsed during the race.

Ahhh i seem to remember him saying something along those lines earlier in the season. What reason do they have to do that? If anything Sutton wining the title works out worse for them because Sutton is likely to move on now.

Sheddens left rear brake calliper is dragging, you can see the disc glowing even down the straight.
