Anyone any good with autographs?

Hello All, a mate at work has been going through his father-in-laws possessions and found a load of F1 bits and bobs. He's not much of a car person so asked if I knew who the 2nd signature (not the one that says James Hunt) on this programme was. I'm struggling, so I thought I'd open it up to the masses.
I'd thought, Jody Schekter, John Surtees, Jochen Rindt, Jochen Maas, on checking google it's none of them. Schekter's is similar, but not the same. There is nothing to say it is an F1/motorsport person, but I thought I'd ask. Apparently it was signed at this event to give a time frame. Answers on a postcard please.

It looks very similar to the Barry Sheene autograph I'm looking at now (on a BA menu from when I sat next to him on a flight). My version has more letters in the name, but the squiggle for the B, S and underlining are the same. I guess he had more time to do mine, and was only 2 glasses of champers in to the flight at that point!
