So what do we think is going to happen?

Hyundai have said they have had a decent power upgrade.

With Neuville doing well in Sweden, do we think they could be chasing a podium again or is it just a one off?

With Latvala running 4th on the road in the very fast VW, it is his to lose IMO. Meeke also has a very good position so he really should be on the podium, with Ogier filling the other spot.

Oh well looks like Ogier is quickest in shakedown. Neuville an impressive second mind.

Oh and Sordo crashed biggrin

No real damage for Sordo though, just stuck in a ditch!

First stage at 1am, I shall be fast asleep!

Tanak off the road in SS3, with both Meeke and Paddon stopped in the first 5km of SS4! All kicking off already!

edit: Apparently M-sport don't know exactly where Tanaks car is, though rumour has it it's at the bottom of a lake!

Bob Kubica also stopped on SS4!

I really could have worded that better, and included that the crew were ok!

Ogier leading with road sweeping seemingly not being much of an issue at the moment. Neuville going well, despite saying spectators were putting rocks in the cuts!

Bloody hell, I was listening to the Radio when he went off and everyone sounded very concerned! That must have been close to a double fatal frown

Latvala quicker than Ogier in SS9 and that's without Ogier needing to sweep the road.

I love this lack of split times

Carnage! I see Neuville was complaining about spectators putting rocks on the road earlier, hopefully that isn't what caused his crash.

Impressed that Tanak's codriver not only held onto the pace notes when they rolled into the lake, but kept them when they bailed out of the car and took them back to dry out. Good commitment. Post crash comments from Tanak saying something broke in the front right while braking through a compression, which then dragged them off the road.
