Once again it seems that the DTM will get little coverage in the UK despite the fact there is good representation for the UK in the driver lineup. Sky Sports are meant to be showing highlights the Wednesday after the race and discussions are ongoing to find someone to broadcast it live apparently, surely ITV4 could step up here?

Is it not on BT Sport? It was last year.

Things have kicked off between Mercedes and Audi.

http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/120203
Short story: Wet race. An Audi and 2 Mercs are together, Wehrlein's Audi overtakes Scheider's Merc, Scheider gets a radio call saying "Push him out", next corner, Scheider does a snooker shot, punts both Mercs into the gravel, carries on. If its all true, its all pretty blatant on Audi's part yikes

Reading his interviews where he is trying to wriggle out of any blame is cringeworthy to say the least. It's a shame to tarnish his reputation like this if it is ruled as an order by the stewards and I would have thought it could see some heavy penalties come audis way surely?

"Audi's Timo Scheider will lose his points for finishing in sixth position during today's second race at the Red Bull Ring after being excluded from the result by the race stewards.

The Team Phoenix driver was adjudged to have purposely taken Robert Wickens and Pascal Wehrlein out of the race by the race officials when the former double champion made contact with Wickens into turn three."

You'd think that they'd be focussing on trying to finish ahead of the BMWs wouldn'y you...

To be fair, if he was asked to nudge them off he couldn't really of done a better job of it!

In view of the new Audi strategy, Dr Ullrich has ordered a redesign of the prototypes... here is what the engineers came up with as a quick fix...

Ullrich banned from the pit lane and Scheider suspended for one race.
