Grandstand at brandshatch

I'm going to bsb and thinking of upgrading to grandstand tickets.

Are they worth the extra over ga?

Which one is the best? Want to have easy access to beer and the loos. I'm guessing on the main straight and paddock hill bend are the ones to go for.

Brands is arguably the best circuit in the UK for spectating and most spots by the track will allow you to see more of the track than at a flatter circuit like Silverstone or even Donington. Obviously though, a grandstand seat will enable you to see even more, plus at a busy meeting you're guaranteed a view, rather than muscling in and being stuck behind someone tall and fat. I personally always get grandstand seats at Brands, and I prefer the Paddock Hill Bend grandstand, because you get to see almost all of the Indy circuit (apart from the bit behind the commentating tower; before that was built you really could see the whole Indy circuit!) plus you get to see the start and finish line. Not only that, but the loos and cafe are right behind you and the lower Paddock is a short walk away, so you have all you need in one spot.

GA is very good if it isnt busy, but the BSB will be packed - or certainly busy enough that designated seats are a big plus.

I prefer the freedom of walking around, but only when it isnt to busy to get a decent vantage point round the track.

Plumped for the paddock hill grandstand in the end. Shame its just the indy and not the full circuit for bsb.

Not as good for the riders maybe, but great for spectating as you'll see everything
