Really looking forward to this!

Long stages, proper tour of the island, it's going to be great!

Blame auto correct hehe

With the long stages I was looking forward to this event, but the itinerary is a joke, with the days finishing by mid-afternoon! Tarmac events should be the perfect chance to bring in a few night stages, even if they are only short ones!

Will be interesting to see how the quicker privateers go - Sarrazin and Bouffier should have good pace with their experience of the island.

Sounds like the weather is horrific out there with torrential rain over night.

Can't see anyone but Ogier winning this one. I rekon he will be doing some of his special cuts like in Monte, to drag loads of mud onto the road. Battle for best of the rest should be good though!

Just 2 stages today then, with the second cancelled due to damage caused by the rain. Shame they can't repeat one of the other stages to make up for it or something.

Ogier stopped on a road section, trying to fix a gearbox issue!

Ogier retired today, to rally 2 tomorrow yikes not like the VW to break down.

Perhaps its emissions related wink

More likely related to the impact when he hit a rock on the stage. wink

Too unpredictable for them? Unpredictable keeps fans interested but doesn't seem to appeal to the management.

Absolutely!! Maybe they need to tweak the route slightly, but I think it's been great to see something different. More unpredictability please. Rallying is not just about 'flat out' speed. I'm fed up with the same 'generic WRC" event almost every rally.

Latvala leads Evans by 2 seconds after "day 2". Pathetic that the day is finished by mid-afternoon!!

As a Welshman I'd love that but I'd be over the moon with "just" a good podium.
